Terms of Service

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@agentrix.studio if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, the organization is the account holder. Administrators may manage access for members of the organization.

The Service is available under tiered subscription plans. Pricing and plan features are described at agentrix.studio/pricing.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected plan. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.

If we offer a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue credits or refunds at our sole discretion in cases of service outages or errors attributable to us.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, which may be added to your invoice.

You are solely responsible for the configuration, behavior, and outputs of agents you build and deploy. We are not responsible for any outputs, decisions, or actions taken by agents you deploy.

The Service includes configurable safety policies. You are responsible for implementing safety policies appropriate for your use case. You may not disable or circumvent platform-level safety controls.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI agent outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification.

We do not use the content of your prompts, agent configurations, or outputs to train our AI models or those of any third party without your explicit written consent.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Agentrix SDKs and API for building applications that integrate with the Service.

You may not sublicense or distribute the SDK in a manner that exposes our proprietary endpoints or credentials to end users.

Your API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan.

All rights in the Service — including software, models, interfaces, branding, and documentation — are owned by Mengel Enterprises LLC.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload to or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

These Terms remain in effect while you have an active account or subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Sections regarding IP, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
