Governed autonomy

Customer Support

Answers support conversations so your team isn't starting from a blank inbox.

Upload your FAQ and policies, put the worker where your customers already reach you — your website chat, Slack, Teams, or email — and it answers from what you gave it. Connect Zendesk or Freshdesk and it can look up a customer's past tickets and leave a note or reply on the ticket, each time with a teammate's approval. Anything it isn't confident about goes to a person, with the conversation summarized.

What the worker does

  • Answers questions about hours, shipping, returns, and your products from the policies and FAQs you upload
  • Looks up a customer's past tickets in Zendesk or Freshdesk for context
  • Drafts a reply for a teammate when a question needs a person
  • Hands anything outside policy or its confidence to a human, with a summary so the customer never repeats themselves
  • Refuses to invent a policy, promise a refund, or claim it did something it did not

What it asks you about first

  • Replying to a customer on a Zendesk ticket
  • Adding a note to a Zendesk or Freshdesk ticket
  • Looking up ticket history in your help desk
  • Any action you have marked high-risk for this worker, whatever it is

Governed autonomy, applied to this job

The official Customer Support template starts on 'ask before high-stakes actions': answering from your own policies runs on its own, while every action in your help desk — looking up tickets, adding a note, replying on a ticket — waits for a teammate first. Refunds, billing disputes, and anything outside policy are handed to a person rather than handled. You can loosen or tighten that at any time, and every decision, approved or not, is written to the audit trail.

Every worker runs on one of three autonomy settings you choose — full autopilot, ask before high-stakes actions, or ask before every action — and you can change it at any time. See the Trust Center for the full security and approval model.

What it works with

You connect your own accounts — nothing is shared with anyone else. By default, every action it takes in a connected tool waits for your approval.
